Svenska Brasserier choose Guestrix for sharper goal tracking
Svenska Brasserier has rolled out Guestrix as the analysis and insight platform for the whole restaurant group. After a successful pilot over the summer at Gondolen, the remaining locations were connected during the autumn.
The group is made up of well-known Swedish restaurants: Sturehof, Riche, Teatergrillen, Luzette and Ulriksdals Värdshus. Through Guestrix integrations with their booking systems and POS, they can run unified and in-depth analysis.
Matilda Jackson, Deputy CEO at Svenska Brasserier, says they have long wanted to work from the numbers across the whole organisation. She notes:
With Guestrix we can now set goals, track KPIs and compare locations in a way that used to take a lot of manual work.
A key priority for Svenska Brasserier is being able to measure large parties and identify comparable KPIs across locations, such as drink sales per main course or average price per product. They plan to set clear goals around these KPIs and make sure the teams stay focused on hitting them.
